This 400m2 parking lot turned into an outdoor office. It has six offices with heating installed and a covered meeting area in the back. The brewery that opens its doors onto the meeting terrace is probably it's best amenity.

This former food warehouse is turned into a popup coworking space. It has six offices scattered around a coworking garden and four indoor offices. There are also two large meeting spaces that seat up to 30 people each.

Now this is a real special... This used to be a large cooling house, but is now a theater annex classroom. Step in through one of the four fridge doors and sit down in this carpented space.

A gravel coated empty space suited for all types of events. Play a game, run some rounds, organize a sports event, a market, an outdoor movie theatre or just a get together with colleagues? It's yours for the day or longer.

Used to be a school for practice education, recently turned into a temporary coworking club. Flex spaces, huge living room like club, two meeting spaces and a photo studio with limbo wall. Urban vibes all around as we are hosting an urban mobility startup, and a creative agency rooted in hip hop.

Social Club like living room. Great for lectures, lessons, workshops, informal brainstorming and speed date like 1-on-1s in a café setting.

At just a stone throw away from the Ceuvel and the Klaproos, we'll be repurposing an old electriciens stock house as 4 offices for startups, and 1 larger space for a startup with a technical assembly area (not sound intensive) of approx 100m2, like a robotics or engineering startup.

Old wood warehouse that turned into an autonomy focussed coworking space, where residents brought their own offices. Popped up in 2019, popped out in 2020.

This Workshop or Team Room seats anywhere between 5 to 24 students or coworkers and doubles as a photo studio. It has a staircase that opens onto the garden. Beamer or TV screens and flipovers at request.
